You may now pay your PCAB contractor’s license renewal fees and other application fees WITHOUT leaving your residence/office and WITHOUT leaving this website, powered by PayMaya services.
Paymaya Philippines, Inc. is now an official partner of CIAP-PCAB in an online constructor’s license renewal system. Applicants can now process their payment through the Paymaya services embedded in this website that include payments through
Once payment is successful, electronic receipts will be issued. To conveniently receive your receipts, please provide preferred email address where it will be sent at the field furnished upon checkout.
Please do not forget to scan/upload your transaction receipts and all documents obtained thru the system for faster verification/confirmation of your payment.
Please note carefully that over-the-counter payments (or deposits directly made) to the CIAP Landbank Account through Landbank branches CANNOT be accepted due to administrative limitations of validating your payment.
To further facilitate faster renewal of your license given the constraints posed by COVID-19:
To facilitate all renewal applications, PCAB will now evaluate submitted applications even without payments. Note that, even without payment, a 100% progress, will reflect on your application in the online system. Hence, the submit button will appear and you may now submit your application.
We remind everyone to be very cautious before clicking the “submit button”. Please take your time to review and double check all data encoded as you may have missed some important information.
Accordingly, payments shall be validated prior to release of license. This should give all applicants enough time to make the necessary payments between now and until the final evaluation of the PCAB Board.
Please be reminded, however, that you will not be able to access the status of renewal application, including access to your approved digital license, until you would have paid and your payment has been validated.
We encourage everyone to prioritize the completion of their documentary requirements and submit their applications before June 30. This is to give PCAB enough time to evaluate and process all applications earlier.
Applications for renewal will be automatically disapproved if the submitted affidavit is not fully accomplished and is not notarized.
